The dosing pistons have a predetermined stroke, which is electronically adjusted via the operator panel with a 6\u201d color LCD touchscreen. The pistons draw the product from the tank and propel it, through the valves, to the secondary submerged valves for bottom-up filling, i.e., from the bottom, to prevent the potential formation of air bubbles during the filling of viscous products such as mayonnaise, thick sauces, etc.<\/p>\n
The filling volume is adjusted from the control panel according to predefined recipes and the type of container to be filled.
