Operation Method<\/div>\n
Bags are guided to the machine’s infeed and from there to the layer formation station.<\/div>\n
Once the layer is completed according to the selected program, the pick-up head will activate and transfer them to the pallet.<\/div>\n
The number of layers per pallet is regulated by a photocell, receiving commands from the PLC.<\/div>\n
Upon completion of all layers on the pallet, the pallet replacement conveyor is activated.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

Automated low-level palletizer, with the pallet in a fixed position, suitable for medium productivity requirements.<\/p>\n

It is ideal for cartons, crates, jerrycans, and shrink-wrapped products.<\/p>\n

Products at the machine’s infeed are separated, oriented, grouped into layers, and placed onto the pallet according to a predefined palletizing program.<\/p>\n
