Machine suitable for closing glass containers with snap-on plastic caps.
- Base made of AISI 304 stainless steel plate with height-adjustable feet
- Support column
- Conveyor belt with AISI 304 stainless steel chain, fitted with adjustable side guides and driven by a gear reducer
- Side belts for container advancement and stabilization
- Cap release unit with flat belts
- Steam injection unit for removing air from the container’s headspace and creating a vacuum inside after sealing. If not required, this unit is not installed
- Cap application unit with flat belts.
- Central drive for advancement and closing belts via a gear reducer
- Head lifting system via an electromechanical unit with automatic maximum and minimum position safety devices, for adjusting the head height according to the containers to be processed
- Automatic cap feeder with hopper, which, via guides, orientates and transfers the caps to the release unit, so that they are picked up by the containers.
