Operation
Container feeding is performed via a conveyor belt and a stop device, which positions the containers under the dosing valves, with a screw and supports adjustable according to the container diameter.
After filling, the containers are transported by the same belt to the other machines in the line.
The dosing pistons have a predetermined stroke, which is electronically adjusted via the operator panel with a 6” color LCD touchscreen. The pistons draw the product from the tank and propel it, through the valves, to the secondary submerged valves for bottom-up filling, i.e., from the bottom, to prevent the potential formation of air bubbles during the filling of viscous products such as mayonnaise, thick sauces, etc.
The filling volume is adjusted from the control panel according to predefined recipes and the type of container to be filled. If necessary, intervention from the operator panel is possible to optimize the accuracy of the filling volume even during machine operation.
- Base with carbon steel support plate
- AISI 304 stainless steel construction
- Product contact parts are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, with the exception of the valve, which is constructed from special food-grade material.
- Cradle-type product tank, equipped with a sensor for product level control
- Dosing units consisting of heads with diverting valves and coaxial cylinders with corresponding pistons and mechanical actuators, driven by brushless motors. In the model featuring 2 dosing units, their height is adjusted via an electromechanical jack according to container size.
- Conveyor belt with stainless steel table-top chain, mounted on anti-friction strips and equipped with adjustable retaining guides
- The machine is supplied with one feeding screw for a single container size
