Semi-automatic capping machine for twist-off caps

The pneumatic capping machine EASYCAP is a versatile and compact solution, designed to ensure the safe and efficient closing of a wide range of containers with Twist Off caps or plastic screw caps. Thanks to its fully pneumatic operation and bench-top design, EASYCAP offers high production flexibility, allowing the handling of different cap sizes and types. It is the ideal choice for small and medium-sized producers looking for a reliable solution for automated capping.
The bench-top pneumatic capping machine Easycap can also be equipped with a mechanical chuck for closing caps with brush applicators, such as those used for nail polish, gel, and other nail products. Easy to use, simple to adjust, and compact in size, it is the practical and high-performing solution for capping jars, bottles, and many other types of containers.

Multiple Compatibility:
Twist Off caps: EASYCAP is compatible with Twist Off caps in various sizes, from 38 mm up to 110 mm, including both standard and tall Twist Off caps.
Plastic Screw and Flip-Top Caps: The machine is also suitable for plastic screw caps up to 50 mm in diameter, such as DIN61 vented caps, HDPE screw caps with seal, and flip-top caps.

Maximum Container Height:
The machine can handle containers with a maximum height of 330 mm. On request, EASYCAP can be equipped with custom capping columns for taller bottles or jerry cans, ensuring even greater versatility in the production line.

Interchangeable Chuck:
The capping machine comes with a standard chuck designed for one cap format. Additional chucks can be purchased for other formats, allowing the machine to easily adapt to different types of caps, both Twist Off and plastic screw caps. The chucks are designed to provide a secure and uniform closure, ensuring precise capping in every situation.

Fully Pneumatic Operation:
Thanks to its pneumatic motor, EASYCAP is ideal for work environments where electrical components cannot be used. The adjustable air pressure, ranging from 3 to 7 bar, controls the motor’s power, rotation speed, and torque, allowing the machine to adapt to different production requirements.

Optional Support Blocks:
To further improve container stability during capping, an optional sliding pneumatic jar holder is available. This accessory prevents the container from rotating during the capping process, ensuring greater operational safety. Additionally, for PET or lightweight plastic bottles, EASYCAP can be supplied with a custom neck holder to support the container during cap screwing.
