The special design of the induction head eliminates the need for water cooling, offering a sealing machine that is easier to install and particularly economical to operate.

Description
- Compact design for easy installation on existing filling lines.
- High sealing efficiency at conveyor speeds up to 35 m/min, thanks to the special design of the induction heads.
- High efficiency, thanks to the power circuit configuration and the use of IGBT units.
- Ability to seal caps with a diameter from 20 to 120 mm, of any shape.
- Digital control of the electronic generator via PLC + Touch Screen HMI. Menu-based adjustment of all analog and digital operating parameters controlling the electronic generator.
- Panel settings: screen language selection, password for electronic generator operating parameters, date and time setting.
- Remote Start-Stop control.
- V.Induction Coil adjustment system, proportional to conveyor belt speed, only in automatic speed mode.
- V.Induction Coil variation [%]: audible and visual alert in case of deviation (+/-) of the V.Induction Coil voltage from the preset value.

- Alarm history: display and storage of all alarms that occurred during production.
