It is a 36 V battery-powered strapping tool, suitable for plastic strapping with widths from 19 to 32 mm. It is equipped with a 36 V lithium (Li-Ion) battery, which offers long autonomy — up to 370 strapping cycles per charge — and is easily replaceable. The motor is brushless, ensuring limited maintenance needs. The tool features adjustable tensioning capability from 1,200 to 7,000 N and performs thermal vibration welding. The easy strap insertion makes the tool’s use particularly fast and simple, while independent adjustments of all parameters ensure optimal operation and maximum sealing tension with polyester strapping of any dimension and quality.

Place the strap around the product to be strapped and join the two ends.
The operator then inserts the ends between the base and the tensioning roller of the device. By pressing the corresponding button, the strap is tensioned until the desired tension is achieved.
With a single press of a button, the strapping tool automatically performs the sealing and cutting of the strap.
A light indicator and an audible signal inform the operator that the strapping tool can be removed.

The strap's holding capacity depends on the type of material to be bundled and the selection of the appropriate strap.
Wheeled Strapping Dispenser
For managing and unwinding the strap roll, the use of a special wheeled dispenser is recommended. This prevents incorrect strap feeding, which can cause jams during use.
Protective Corner Boards
Plastic and cardboard protective corner boards are used on products to be strapped, so that the strap tension does not cause damage to the corners of more sensitive products.
