Automatic Cell Divider Inserter

This fully automatic machine is designed for opening and vertically inserting cell dividers into one or more cartons simultaneously.

The arm supporting the collection device moves mechanically and is controlled via an inverter.

The machine is engineered to operate with a wide range of cell divider dimensions, in various formats such as 2×3, 2×4, 3×4, 5×4, and 6×4.

Its construction is made of painted steel, fully inspectable, and features safety guards with access doors and sensors, in accordance with current standards.

This is an extremely compact and flexible machine, designed to ensure easy access and simple cleaning.

The electrical control panel with an integrated PLC enables the control of all movements, while the machine is fully managed by operators via an intuitive HMI panel.
