This type of sealing machine is a multifunctional machine for vacuum packaging large bags.
Thanks to the absence of restrictions typically arising from the vacuum chamber size, this horizontal vacuum packaging machine offers a very wide range of applications. It is constructed from stainless steel.
The 20 m³/h vacuum pump allows for high productivity.
The sealing bar, or sealing bars depending on the selected model, with a width of 10 mm and pneumatic closing, ensures excellent sealing on all types of materials, even particularly thick ones.
The nozzle suction system allows the use of any type of smooth or embossed bag, without pleats/bellows. The bars close via a dual control button for increased safety.
When packaging flour or products that may generate dust, the installation of a dust filter is highly recommended to prevent damage to the vacuum pump, which is a key component of the machine.
Similarly, the installation of a liquid filter is suggested when vacuum packaging products such as sauces or tomato paste.
Note: The dust filter and liquid filter can be installed simultaneously on the machine. In this case, they are installed in parallel, and during machine operation, the user can select which filter to use via a switch.
The machines are CE certified, feature low-voltage controls, an electrical panel with a Siemens PLC, a Pilz safety unit, a safety guard on the sealing bars, and dual-button bar closing for safe operation.

Place the bag onto the support surface.
Insert the bag opening between the sealing jaws and ensure that the suction nozzles are inside the bag.
Press the START button.
The sealing bars initially close with limited pressure.
The nozzles create the vacuum inside the bag.
Upon completion of the vacuum process, the nozzles retract, and simultaneously the sealing jaws close with high pressure.
Teflon Kit
The Teflon replacement kit includes a pre-cut Teflon sheet for the lower sealing bar and a roll of Teflon for the upper sealing bar, sufficient for approximately four replacements.
Resistance Kit
The heating resistance kit includes 1 resistance for the lower sealing bar and 1 resistance for the upper sealing bar.
