Operation
Place the pallet on the platform, secure the film to the base, select the wrapping program, and press the START button. The machine automatically completes the cycle and stops when the selected program is finished. Film cutting is performed manually.

Equipped with an electronic board and digital keypad, 4 wrapping programs, manual film attachment and cutting, and an automatic wrapping cycle. The machine is manufactured in accordance with CE standards. The F wrapping machine is supplied with an inverter as standard equipment for varying the speed of the film base, as well as a film base with an electromagnetic clutch. This allows the film tension to be adjusted more precisely directly from the control panel, without requiring manual adjustment of the mechanical brake.
Stretch film for wrapping machines
The film commonly used in wrapping machines is standard 23 µm film, in rolls of approximately 16 kg. One roll of film can wrap an average of about 60 pallets. The film is also available in white 30 µm, suitable for protecting the pallet contents from solar radiation. White film is opaque and can be used to conceal high-value products during transport. The film types we offer are of premium quality and suitable for use with our machines. We recommend using only high-quality film, as it significantly reduces packaging waste and failures that may arise from using unsuitable products.
