Automatic Inline Tray Sealer
The Gamma series tray sealers meet the production demands of large enterprises, offering a high level of automation.
The series includes 6 inline models, capable of packaging products using simple heat sealing, vacuum, modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), and skin packaging, even for products protruding from the container.
These specific packaging machines can also be integrated with automatic dispensers, multihead weighers, automatic feeding systems, destackers, capping machines, and over 200 different optional accessories, creating complex, fully customized production lines with high speeds that can exceed 200 pieces/minute.
Gamma packaging machines are equipped with an electro-hydraulic drive system, one of their key advantages, which allows for exceptional precision and synchronization of movements during operation. Alternatively or additionally, they can feature the classic electro-pneumatic drive system.
Both systems are supported by brushless motors to fully utilize machine speed and prevent overflow of liquid products. The movements of active parts can be adjusted via brushless systems, enabling a continuous feeding system thanks to the electric control of the motors.
