Automatic Strapping Machine with Side Sealing
The fully automatic strapping machine with side sealing is particularly suitable for strapping furniture, household appliances, palletized loads, and tall packages. It can be integrated into lines where available space or limited conveyor height does not permit the use of a standard strapping machine. The strap is automatically launched, tensioned, sealed, and cut, significantly accelerating strapping operations. With appropriate modification, the machine can be easily integrated into automatic packaging lines and can even operate without an operator. The basic version of the machine has a maximum usable dimension of 600 x 850 mm. Upon request, the arch can be manufactured with usable dimensions of 600 x 1,200 mm, and up to a maximum of 600 x 1,800 mm.
