SINGLE ROBOT ISLAND CONTROL PANEL
Control panel for the administration, management, and control of a single robot island, with unified product input and output zones, and product arrival and exit zones.
Painted steel cabinet, with IP54 protection rating, including: main switch, control buttons, indicator lights, operator interface, color touch screen panel.
A 3-color light column, with audible signaling, indicates the system status and the presence of any alarms.
Automation management is performed by the PLC located inside the panel and allows for the following functions:
– System reset and alarm reset procedure for restoring machine safety (barriers and micro-safety switches),
– Manual control of individual movements of selected conveyors on the touch screen,
– Start/stop procedure according to the operational requirements of the installation.
All necessary functions for managing the installation are performed via the operator panel located in the electrical cabinet.
A single electrical panel supplies power to the individual consumers and the robot cabinet. The touch screen is the only interface the operator needs to use for both the robot and the various movements, avoiding the need to intervene directly on the robot’s own control panel. Only for manual robot movements during maintenance operations, the robot’s own button panel is used.
