Film saving for every type of load

The electronic motorized film pre-stretch carriage, which is standard equipment on all Technowrapp automatic stretch film wrapping machines, allows for stretch film pre-stretching up to 160%. Load stabilization is ensured with just 72 grams of film. This value has been calculated for a pallet measuring 800 x 1,200 mm, 1,500 mm high, with 10 rotations, an average holding force of 5 kg, a 500 mm high film roll, and a film thickness of 17 μm.

Electronic film pre-stretch via tachogenerator

The tachogenerator allows for smooth film distribution and high pre-stretching, ensuring uniformly distributed holding force around the perimeter of the products. This prevents compression of the corners while also preventing load shifting relative to the pallet. The holding force applied at different points of the pallet can be adjusted.

Stable pallets and heat-controlled sealing

The standard EP-F2 pre-stretch carriage operates in the range where the film achieves its best mechanical properties for product retention. The heat-controlled sealing surface ensures greater durability and reliability of the seal. This not only saves film but also provides an additional guarantee of load stability.

Safety during pallet wrapping

During handling and wrapping of the pallet, both in rotating table wrapping machines and rotating arm machines, the cutting and sealing device remains in a standby position, away from the working area. In case of accidental product drops from the pallet, this solution protects one of the main components of the automatic wrapping machine from potential damage.

User-friendly TWIN RINGS control panel with GUI interface

The machine can be used by all operators, thanks to the touchscreen panel developed in collaboration with customers. The GUI (Graphical User Interface) panel has contributed to replacing written commands with icons, making the environment more intuitive and user-friendly. The implementation of the control panel facilitates immediate remote support, troubleshooting, data collection and analysis, as well as sending reports and implementing Twiko. Support is also provided in multiple languages.

Twiko Data Explorer

Twiko is the system for collecting data generated by the machines, so that it can be utilized and analyzed. Twiko allows real-time access from any device. The collected data is processed and shared, with the aim of monitoring production, performance, and maintenance status. The service can be completed with the activation of a predictive maintenance system.

Film roll change

Automatic stretch film roll change is performed via a special device located on the side of the machine and within the perimeter safety guards. This device automatically replaces the roll, allowing the machine to be stopped and the operator to intervene during production stages.
