Continuous sealing machine for heavy-duty bags – double sealing unit
Complete with safety guards and CE certification
Machine suitable for closing bags with a height from 320 to 900 mm and a maximum weight of up to 25 kg.
The PTFE belt sealing system allows the closing of bags made of polyethylene, polypropylene, cellophane, coated paper, multilayer aluminum, and other similar materials.
The temperature is controlled by two electronic temperature controllers, while the feeding speed is variable via an inverter.
The distance between the seal and the edge of the bag is 80 mm, allowing the sealing of bags with handles.
The sealing head is height-adjustable via a crank.
All our machines, before being placed on the market, are individually inspected and shipped complete, with fixed safety guards and standard CE marking.

INKJET MARKER FPA2-PRO 12.7 mm – Optional inkjet printer
The sealing machine does not include a built-in printer for printing dates and batch numbers. However, it is possible to connect an inkjet printer to the machine via special mounting brackets.
By installing the INKJET FPA2-PRO printer, the following are possible:
Storage of up to 999 different prints, via the user-friendly keyboard.
Quick print change, with the option to print batch numbers, expiration dates, logos, barcodes, as well as multi-line text.
Defining the print position on the bag, with the ability to change the position relative to the sealing line, depending on the installed brackets and the characteristics of the bag.
Accurate information on the number of prints remaining before cartridge change, depending on the quantity of characters, the type of logos, and the print quality.
Very low printing cost, practically no maintenance required, and no downtime.
Ability to print up to 4 lines, as well as logos and barcodes.
Ink cartridges require no maintenance and can perform approximately 80,000 markings.
Thanks to the special CAR-S2 cartridge, the FPA2-PRO printer is suitable for marking on non-porous products, such as plastic bags, multilayer aluminum, glossy or laminated papers, etc., ensuring fast ink drying and clear, legible printing. It is suitable for food bags.
Installation of the FPA2-PRO printer is only possible at the time of purchase of the sealing machine or by sending the sealing machine to us at a later date.
For installation, it is necessary to send bag samples so that our technicians can adjust the sealing machine, create the appropriate mounting brackets, and send you the machine already adjusted and ready for operation.
