Main Machine Functions
The Lineary 6000 is an automatic packaging machine with four packaging lines, suitable for performing the following operations:
Jar Feeding
Automatic jar feeding from the dedicated magazine via a double-action destacker. The magazine is designed for easy loading by the operator or, alternatively, with an automatic loading system.
Dosing
Dosing of the main product, from 50 to 1000 g, complete with presence sensor and suitable for different product types. It is equipped with a product hopper and valves.
Sealing
Sealing can be performed with:
Pre-formed aluminum or plastic film
Aluminum or plastic roll, thanks to the cutting/sealing device
Application and sealing are performed fully automatically.
Jar Unloading
Jars exit via a conveyor belt, to which end-of-line equipment can be added.
CIP and SIP Method
CIP
The entire dosing unit can be fully cleaned with CIP, while the recirculation system uses new technology, offering maximum simplicity and efficiency.
The PLC has an automatic washing program installed, which can be modified according to client needs.
SIP
Before production, the entire dosing system is sterilized with steam. The device is equipped with a filter, pressure gauges, valves, and all necessary components for optimal disinfection.

Washing Tank
Washing tank for connecting the machine to the client's CIP system.
Rotary Table
Stainless steel rotary table for collecting filled jars.
Snap-on-lid
Fully automatic device for applying plastic snap-on lids.
HEPA Filter
HEPA H14 filter for hygienic protection of the machine environment.
UV Lamp
UV-C lamp for sterilizing packaging materials.
Inkjet Date System
Inkjet printer, installed on the conveyor belt, for printing expiry dates, batch numbers, etc. Complete with its own programming software.
Ultra Clean Device
With this device, lids are inverted for sterilization, which is performed via:
- Dust blowing
- Hydrogen peroxide injection
- Hot air blowing
The process guarantees a bacterial load reduction greater than LOG 4.
