Semi-automatic vertical packaging machine for industries, butcher shops, and bakeries

This semi-automatic machine is designed to offer maximum productivity, operational reliability, and ease of use, adapting to the needs of technical industries, bakeries, butcher shops, and any application requiring manual product placement into a bag with operator involvement.

The maximum production speed reaches 15 packages per minute.

The machine features a wheeled frame for easy movement, while all parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring hygiene, durability, and a long service life.

The stainless steel film roll holder is equipped with a belt brake, allowing for absolute control of film tension and the use of rolls up to 700 mm wide and 250 mm in external diameter. The aluminum film guides, mounted on adjustable arms, ensure correct tension and precise alignment with the forming tunnel. The tunnel is also adjustable in three dimensions—width, height, and depth—creating a film tube perfectly adapted to each type of bread or product to be packaged.

The machine body’s rotation allows it to be used in horizontal, vertical, or inclined positions.

With a 700 mm wide roll, the machine can package products with a maximum width of 350 mm, a height of 130 mm, and practically unlimited length.

The packaging machine can operate in automatic or semi-automatic mode, while length adjustment can be fixed or performed automatically with the use of an optional photocell.

The sealing unit consists of heated sealing rollers 12 mm wide, as well as aluminum components designed to withstand operating temperatures. The sealing rollers, one of which is heated via integrated resistors in an aluminum disc, ensure uniform heat distribution and quick replacement during maintenance.

Machine movement is controlled by two asynchronous motors driven by inverters, dynamically adjusting speeds during operation. The closed-type gearboxes with grease lubrication and nylon gears eliminate the need for lubrication maintenance, while ensuring maximum quiet operation.

The electrical panel, designed in accordance with the latest regulations, combines energy efficiency and ease of use. Thanks to the touch screen panel and integrated PLC, customized recipes for different products can be stored. Single-phase power supply and no need for compressed air simplify installation in any workshop or production line, with the exception of certain optional components, such as the pneumatic intermittent printer, which may require compressed air.

The use of this machine offers significant economic savings from the very first days of operation.

The machine is compatible with heat-sealable films, such as:

Polypropylene
Micro-perforated films
Multi-layer films

as well as other materials commonly used for packaging bakery products.

The machine is available in painted steel or, upon request, in AISI 304 stainless steel.
