High-Speed Automatic Modular Rotary Labeling Machines

Modular SL rotary labeling machines are fully automated solutions that allow for a multitude of configurations and application technologies.

They feature fully interchangeable labeling stations, which can be replaced in a few simple steps.

Thanks to this, it is possible to immediately switch from a hot melt system to a cold glue system or a pressure-sensitive labeling system.

The stations can be either fixed or mounted on independent trolleys, thus the modular philosophy is expressed in both the available technologies and the achievable configurations.

The Modular SL is a machine with an emphasis on safety, making operator protection another strong point.

It features shutter-type guards which, when raised, immediately stop the machine’s operation. The same innovation is applied to the cold glue stations (patent pending).
