Automated low-level palletizer, with the pallet in a fixed position, suitable for medium productivity requirements.
It is ideal for cartons, crates, jerrycans, and shrink-wrapped products.
Products at the machine’s infeed are separated, oriented, grouped into layers, and placed onto the pallet according to a predefined palletizing program.
It is possible to insert intermediate sheets of different materials between each layer.

Description
– Electrical control panel suitable for manual and automatic control, with capacity for up to 16 additional programs, controlled by PLC.
– Layer formation station.
– Movable roller conveyor.

– Roller conveyor for the transfer of empty and full pallets.

The entire process is fully automatic and controlled by PLC (with capacity for 16 programs), and 1 software program is included.

Operation Method
Bags are guided to the machine’s infeed and from there to the layer formation station.
Once the layer is completed according to the selected program, the pick-up head will activate and transfer them to the pallet.
The number of layers per pallet is regulated by a photocell, receiving commands from the PLC.
Upon completion of all layers on the pallet, the pallet replacement conveyor is activated.
