Automatic monoblock (filling and capping) for large containers for viscous or semi-viscous products
This type of monoblock is specifically designed for the automation of packaging various types of products into buckets of different sizes and formats.
It is suitable for handling both semi-viscous and viscous products, thus finding wide application in the food, cosmetics, and chemical industries.
The dosing station is equipped with automatic suction pumps with reversible operation, specially selected to meet the required production speeds.
We can supply this type of monoblock with up to 6 dosing heads.
Dosing accuracy is achieved through a weighing system mounted on a conveyor belt, in accordance with EC regulations and designed to guarantee maximum precision and reliability.
The automatic capping process consists of a cap placement and application system, designed to allow easy and quick format changeovers, as well as a pressure capping station.
The installation is completed with the possibility of integrating a destacker unit at the beginning of the line and labeling and printing solutions at the end of the line.
