The Runner Arm is a stretch film wrapping machine that surpasses conventional standards in its category. At the bottom, the arm is held by a ring that compensates for centrifugal force. The result is up to 45 revolutions per minute on a rotating arm wrapping machine.

Film saving for every type of load

The electronic motorized film pre-stretch carriage, which is standard equipment on all Technowrapp automatic stretch film wrapping machines, allows stretch film pre-stretch up to 160%. Load stabilization is ensured with just 72 grams of film. This value has been calculated for a pallet measuring 800 x 1,200 mm, 1,500 mm in height, with 10 wraps, an average film tension of 5 kg, a 500 mm high film roll, and a film thickness of 17 µm.

Stable pallets and heat-controlled sealing

The standard EP-F2 pre-stretch carriage operates in the area where the film achieves its best mechanical properties for product retention. The heat-controlled sealing surface ensures greater durability and reliability of the seal. This not only saves film but also provides an additional guarantee of load stability.
