The unit can be fully programmed from the keyboard via a highly practical self-learning function.
For each production type, the corresponding reference program can be saved by entering the following parameters: minimum acceptable vacuum value, permissible flatness, and cap and container dimensions.
The detection algorithm ensures the correct operation of the detector, unaffected by variations in the cap's rim profile or the distance between caps, even when they form a continuous series.
The system features visual and audible alarms, programmable according to required control specifications, such as reaching a predetermined number of rejected items or the rejection type.
It is also possible to control the shutdown of the capping machine or other equipment before or after the unit, based on programmable fault causes, such as the total consecutive number or percentage of rejected items.
The operator panel, which allows setting the operating language with Latin characters, displays all production data, such as produced quantity, conveyor speed, rejected items, etc.
