Special pneumatic sealing machines with an air extraction system (max. 80%), suitable for volume reduction and improved product preservation.
The machine is equipped with a double sealing bar of 5 mm width, operated by an electric foot pedal and pneumatic cylinders, movable nozzles for air extraction, and adjustable timers for extraction, sealing, and cooling.
This specific version is equipped with a double sealing bar of 10 mm width, operated by an electric pedal, movable nozzles for air extraction and gas flushing, as well as adjustable timers for extraction, gas flushing, sealing, and cooling.
Operation
Operation involves the closing of the sealing bars upon operator command via the electric foot pedal and the sealing of the bag.
This allows the operator to hold the bag with both hands, ensuring a more precise seal, aligned parallel to the bag.
The sealing machine performs vacuum and introduces technical gas (VAG model), then initiates the bag sealing, and finally, the sealing bars open, releasing the sealed bag.
Easy to use, no preheating required.
The double sealing bar (upper and lower), the 5 or 10 mm sealing width, and the pneumatic force allow for sealing thick, multilayer, and gusseted bags.

Filter for dusty products

Stands
The sealing machines can be equipped with adjustable stands featuring a 45° tilting head to facilitate bag sealing operations.
The stands feature feet and an adjustable structure made of painted steel or stainless steel, depending on requirements.
The complete spare kit for sealing blades includes both Teflon and resistances.
ME VAD/VAG sealing machines use:
- Upper bar: 1 resistance 5 or 10 mm + 1 Teflon roll suitable for approximately 5/6 replacements.
- Lower bar: 1 resistance 5 or 10 mm + 1 Teflon roll suitable for approximately 5/6 replacements.
The kit available for online purchase therefore includes 2 resistances of 5 or 10 mm, 1 Teflon roll for the upper bar, and 1 Teflon roll for the lower bar. Typically, the lifespan of a Teflon roll is equal to that of one resistance, but if you need to purchase individual spare parts, please request separate pricing.
