Vacuum chamber with two sealing bars
Vacuum packaging machine with 2 sealing bars of 400 mm. Mounted on a wheeled base, made of stainless steel.
Vacuum Packaging Machine with Two Sealing Bars
Vacuum packaging machine with two sealing bars, made of stainless steel (AISI 304) and equipped with a volumetric electronic sensor that allows continuous vacuum control.
Its compact dimensions and the high power of the vacuum pump ensure high productivity.
The adjustment of sealing time, vacuum, and gas injection is done via practical potentiometers located on the front.

Vacuum Machine with Gas Injection System (ATM)
Each sealing bar is equipped with two nozzles, which inject gases in different quantities, making the machines suitable for single-use packaging for each sealing bar. Upon ordering, it is possible to request a modification of the gas injection system so that two bags can be packaged per bar, injecting the same amount of gas into each package.
The operation of chamber vacuum machines is very simple; however, it is reminded that reading the user and maintenance manual is mandatory to avoid damage to the operator or the machine itself.
From the front panel, you can adjust:
Vacuum time
The time during which the machine creates a vacuum inside the chamber. You can adjust the time, using the vacuum gauge as a visual reference, to set the desired vacuum percentage inside the chamber. The needle should reach the green area. The vacuum time typically ranges from 15 to 25 seconds. The machine will not perform sealing if the vacuum has not been achieved.
ATM gas injection time (gas model)
Only on models equipped with this function is it possible to adjust the ‘gas injection time’. The operator must decide the time, depending on the amount of gas to be injected into the bag.
Both the gas injection time and the type of gas may vary depending on the product and the quantities to be packaged.
The type and possible storage times must be agreed upon with a company specializing in technical gases.
In the basic version, the machine is equipped with 4 nozzles and is designed for packaging 2 bags, 1 on the right bar and 1 on the left bar.
It is not possible to inject gas only into the right or only into the left bar.
For example, if you want to perform vacuum + gas injection by placing a bag on the right bar, you must place an empty bag on the left bar, otherwise the gas will disperse inside the chamber.
Each sealing bar is equipped with two nozzles, which inject different quantities of gas.
Upon ordering, it is possible to request a modification of the gas injection system so that two bags can be packaged per bar, injecting the same amount of gas into each package.
Sealing time
The time during which the machine seals the bag. It depends on the thickness and type of the bag. It is usually about 1 or 2 seconds. If this time is exceeded, the sealing bar resistances risk burning out.
Cooling time
The time during which the chamber remains closed, applying pressure to the bag’s seal. This makes the seal more durable.
After these parameters are set, the operator only needs to place the bag inside the chamber and lower it.
The machine automatically performs vacuum, gas injection if applicable, and sealing.
At the end of the cycle, it opens automatically, allowing the operator to remove the vacuum-sealed bags.

The chamber vacuum machine uses smooth bags specifically designed for vacuum sealing.
The standard thickness is 95 My. Thicker bags or cooking bags are available.
Filter for powdered products
The filter is useful when packaging flours, chemical powders, and dusty products, as it prevents residues from entering the vacuum pump and potentially causing damage. The filter can only be requested at the time of order.
