Automatic Twist-Tying Machine

Thanks to the comfortable and bright touch panel, this series of twist-tying machines allows for:

• Adjustment of the wire length for tying products of different diameters.
• Adjustment of the number of wire twists.
• Reading the number of already tied bags via a piece counter.

The twist wire winding system ensures a secure and durable tie and can be adjusted as needed, regarding film length and the number of wire rotations.

These machines are suitable for use in food laboratories, supermarkets, hardware stores, bakeries, confectioneries, and industries.

They are extremely simple to use and can close and seal plastic or fabric bags, as well as tie groups of items or cables.

The wire with a core diameter of 0.44 mm is recommended for bags containing pasta, biscuits, and products with a maximum weight of approximately 5 kg.

The main available colors are gold, green, and red.

The wire with a 0.53 mm and 0.58 mm core can be used for both light and heavy products.

Available colors are white, yellow, green, red, brown, black, blue, and orange.

With compact dimensions and low weight, the tying machines can be easily moved and transported.

The simple and robust twist-tying mechanism is mounted horizontally.

The length of the tying/sealing wire and the number of closing rotations can be adjusted from the control panel, allowing the machine to adapt to the diameter of the bag to be sealed or the item to be tied.
